    Scott Bergquist is a technology executive, strategist, and operator with over two decades of experience leading global growth, GTM transformation, and digital reinvention across AI, SaaS, cloud, and data platforms.

    A former senior leader at IBM, Cisco, VMware, and LivePerson, Scott has built and scaled multiple $100M+ ARR businesses and led high-performing global teams spanning strategy, operations, pricing, ecosystem development, and sales acceleration.

    As VP of GTM Strategy, Operations & Solutions at LivePerson, Scott architected the company’s commercial transformation—modernizing its operating rhythm, rebuilding sales and pricing functions, and positioning LivePerson at the forefront of Agentic AI for customer experience. He led the integration of AI-driven monetization, value engineering, and enablement programs that reshaped the company’s go-to-market engine and restored growth momentum.

    Throughout his career, Scott has been recognized as a growth architect who bridges strategy and execution—transforming commercial models, orchestrating ecosystems with IBM, Google, and AWS, and bringing to market innovative revenue systems powered by AI. His leadership blends deep analytical rigor with the pragmatic insight of a hands-on operator who has built, scaled, and led at global scale.

    Rich Steeves is a senior technology executive with over 20 years of experience driving hypergrowth through ecosystem transformation, partner-led go-to-market strategies, and AI innovation.

    As Senior Vice President of Global Ecosystem & Partner Sales at LivePerson, Rich led strategic alliances with IBM, Deloitte, EY, and BCG—accelerating growth across Conversational AI and enterprise markets.

    Previously, he held senior leadership roles at Equinix, VMware, Dell EMC, and Cisco, where he built world-class partner programs, launched industry-defining solutions, and delivered billions in partner-led revenue. Rich has a background in education and has an ongoing commitment to learning communities.
